Adventure Rock’s Climbing Teams are intended for those who are serious about becoming better climbers. Each week team members will participate in drills, workouts and home exercises in order to push their individual limits and make them smarter and more competent climbers.
Prerequisites for Junior Team and AR Climbing Team: Either First Ascent or successful completion of the prerequisite Skills Evaluation. The Skills Evaluation costs $30, it must be pre-arranged and will be administered by one of the team coaches. The participant will be tested on their belay and knot skills, bouldering and spotting, climbing ability, gym etiquette, interest in becoming a better climber and coachability.
Junior Team – Ages 8-13
Open enrollment between Oct. 1st – May 31st
GOALS: Learn what it means to be part of a team, gain basic knowledge of
climbing specific training.
Time: Thursdays 6:30 – 8:30pm
Cost: Membership plus $40/mo.Team Fee
AR Select Team – Ages 9-18

Time: Tue. and Th. 6:00 – 9:00pm
